Iceberg Alternative Real Estate II Fund has been voted best 'Innovation in European Hedge Funds' at Hedge Funds Review's European Performance Awards 2008. Advisory Board

The Reech AiM Advisory Board will provide a forum for the collection and expression of opinions and guidance on matters relating to the Group's strategic choices and orientations. The Board is structured to allow each independent advisor to cover a specific area of expertise, in order to facilitate the exchange of strategic and business development ideas. Marc Antoine AuthemanMarc Antoine Autheman is currently an independent advisor and serves as a non-executive director for several companies in the financial sector. He is a former Treasury official and joined the private office of French Finance Minister Pierre Beregovoy in 1988 and was apppointed Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister in 1992. From 1993 to 1997, he was Executive Director for France at the International Monetary Fund and at the World Bank. In 1997, he joined Credit Agricole group, and became Chief Executive Officer of Credit Agricole Indosuez, its Corporate and Investment banking subsidiary. He left Credit Agricole in 2004. Mr. Autheman graduated from the University of Paris (Law and Economics) and from Ecole National d'Administration (ENA) in Paris. Lord St. John

Lord St. JohnLord St. John of Blesto took his seat in the House of Lords in 1978 and is an active Crossbencher specialising in foreign affairs, financial services, deregulation and environmental protection.

In 1998, he was appointed an extra Lord-in-Waiting to Her Majesty the Queen. He is currently a Deputy Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary South Africa Group as well as Chairman of the Sierra Leone Business Forum. For the last twenty years he has been an active member of several European Union Select Committees in the House of Lords

Lord St. John is a Director of several listed and unlisted companies in the UK and is a Registered Representative of the London Stock Exchange. He acted as a consultant to Merrill Lynch, having specialised as an oil analyst. He is a Trustee of several charities and a qualified solicitor trained in South Africa. Lord St. John graduated with a Masters in Law from London University
